Who: The NASA including Bill Gerstenmaier, and Wayne Hale
What: has until May 21st till launch or else it would have to wait until June 8th because of the hail in February damage the fuel tank.
Where: In Florida
Why: They changed the time because of the hail that was a size of a golfball
